Omg Drool

I'm in love. Price is a bit steep at $143k, but damn is this finely finished.

Yep. I think I could overlook my previous comment for that. They don't make that engine anymore do they?

i prefer the 2008 cl65. a 200k+ car than runs about $110k right now.

same drivetrain, sleeker design imo

if you are into ballistic tanks that is...

both the CL and S are beautiful.

I have a perchance for big sedans, but the coupe is awesome as well.

A CL of some type might be my next daily way off into the future.

i thought you didn't like AMGs? Something about sports sedans? Sedans should be sedans, sport cars should be sport cars or something?

car is gorgeous though

While I tend to think AMG ruins perfectly good sedans, their v12 models are somewhat different. Its still very quiet (inside), and the power is addictive. The 600 may be more my style, but this particular car doesn't something for me.

Both the CL and S are beautiful cars. I think I slightly prefer the looks of the CL but I think it would be a little odd and a bit of a hassle to have people trying to climb in and out of the backseat in such a nice car.

I love AMGs mentality with the 65s. There's no chincy 1-upping like, "Oh well the competition has 500 HP so we'll go for 501 HP." They just raise the bar to a level they know no one else can touch.

I've still never liked the rear of the new S-class, but bloody hell that thing is wicked. Also not crazy about the diamond pattern, certainly not on the door panels...but this is all minor stuff. Either way, perfect luxury barge DD.

Interior is the best thing about the car (aesthetically). I love the black/tan/wood color scheme... very similar to my TL. I don't really like the exterior of the new Mercedeses. My favorite style Mercedes were the previous gen SL-series with the dual headlights.

the sl black is not something I get into.

$100k more than a standard sl65, with no folding roof, some wide fender flairs, a bit more hp, some ugly wheels, and some carbon fiber?

Then again, I don't really like the SL anyway.

nav, auto lots of carbon, and it looks mean and cartoonish its got the mix of race and gizmos.. other than that its overpriced, and on the slow side.
